Welshpool Town Council is grateful to Morrisons store, Welshpool for their donation of cream eggs
for this year’s Easter Egg Hunt.
Each year Welshpool Town Council organises an Easter Egg Hunt. Eleven eggs are hidden around
Welshpool displayed in shop windows/businesses. Using the clues, children identify the shop or
business, find the egg and mark down the letter shown. They can then discover the hidden words!
Completed quiz sheets are handed back into the Tourist Information Centre where the child will
receive a prize (subject to availability)
“Welshpool Town Council relies on the donations from our shops and businesses to run this event, so
we are extremely grateful to all who donate.” Commented Alison Davies, Town Mayor, “The Easter
Egg Hunt is always popular with the children, and it is wonderful that we have such supportive
businesses.”
This year’s free Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Friday the 7th and Saturday 8th April 2023. Pick up a
clue sheet from the Tourist Information Centre.
